An exciting opportunity for a Land Surveyor to process from home for an established national Surveying Consultancy servicing clients mainly within the Midlands.
The successful candidate will join a team of Surveyors carrying out site surveys, gathering of data to produce Topographical and Measured Building Surveys with subsequent processing of data in AutoCAD and other software packages.
Duties:
-Carry out site surveys on a variety of interesting and complex projects
-Responsible for day-to-day management of projects and other surveyors on site
-Resolving issues onsite, such as equipment, access, safety concerns
-Mentor and train junior surveyors
-Provide technical support to Project Managers and internal staff members
Requirements:
-Previous experience of Land surveying
-Knowledge of surveying equipment including Total Stations and GPS systems
-Experience of AutoCAD software
Laser Scanning and Measured Building experience is not essential but is a good to have as the client has a number of projects that would utilise these skills.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Package includes Company Van, Fuel Card, Laptop and Phone.

We are looking for Senior CCTV Surveyor who is Midlands based who is looking to work for an established national Surveying Consultancy.
The ideal candidate will be able to work unsupervised and have a proven track record in successfully delivering CCTV surveys.
As a Senior CCTV Surveyor, you will attend client and site meetings and mentor the surveying team and work with and deputise for the Survey Manager with client quotations, leading team briefings and individual job briefings.
The Midlands team is super friendly with some really interesting projects coming up. They have recently established a CCTV team in the Midlands and expect the team to grow rapidly as they have a strong set of national clients that they work with.
The Directors believe in the importance of professional accreditation and On-going career development and training- so a training a development plan will be put forward for you to work towards additional qualifications.
Requirements:
-Previous CCTV Experience
-UK Driving Licence
