-Junior Site Engineer/Engineering Surveyor Technician

Engineering Surveyor required work on MOD Reinforced Concrete project based near Plymouth. This role would be suitable for a graduate or a junior Site Engineer/

The client specialises in Major Infrastructure projects with the current project expected to run into late 2028.

This is a great opportunity to benefit from the mentorship from experienced engineers on exciting and complex projects.  You will use all the latest Leica equipment (client has a close working relationship with Leica and often get new equipment to test for them).

Duties:

• Assist in the installation of Survey Control points
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
• Monitor construction progress and report on project developments
• Support Senior Site Engineers with Machine Control
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld on-site

Qualifications:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• A current CSCS card
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• A passion for the construction industry and a desire to learn and grow
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is a plus

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
