An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Surveyor to relocate to Bermuda and join a well-established, multi-disciplinary organisation. This role offers the chance to manage projects from start to finish while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in a unique island setting.

The Role

• Deliver boundary surveys and prepare legal plans
• Undertake topographical surveys and produce CAD drawings
• Prepare lease plans and site condition reports
• Carry out setting out duties and support development projects
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Process survey data and produce accurate reports
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Surveying
• 3–5 years’ experience in land surveying
• Strong AutoCAD and survey software skills
• Experience with total stations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Package

• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
