Senior Land Surveyor required to join an established Land Surveying team working in the North West.
A great chance to manage and co-ordinate large scale geospatial projects. You will collaborate with other senior team members to ensure you have cover to complete your projects on time and to a high quality and technical standard. You will be working on some exciting projects carrying out a variety of surveys including measured building surveys and 3D modelling, topographical surveys and site engineering surveys across a range of sectors including housing, transport and civil engineering.
This is a great opportunity for your own development to join an organisation that is growing rapidly that has a clear career path upwards to Survey Manager for the right candidate. You would be working for a family run business working alongside experienced surveyors.
With this role there will be some travel but most of the client’s work is local to the North West of the UK.
Duties:
-Undertake and manage large geospatial projects, working with the team to ensure you have the manpower to complete them to specific deadlines and to a high quality and technical standard
-Undertake setting out duties to an advanced level, from millimetre accurate works to pile
setting-out and including preparation of data prior to site visit
-Coach, mentor and have an active involvement in the management of surveyors within the team
-Download and Post-Process all the surveyed data to confirm completeness and correctness

Requirements:
-Previous Surveying experience
-A full UK driving licence
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
