An exciting opportunity for a Land Surveyor to process from home for an established national Surveying Consultancy servicing clients mainly within the Midlands.

The successful candidate will join a team of Surveyors carrying out site surveys, gathering of data to produce Topographical and Measured Building Surveys with subsequent processing of data in AutoCAD and other software packages.

Duties:

-Carry out site surveys on a variety of interesting and complex projects

-Responsible for day-to-day management of projects and other surveyors on site

-Resolving issues onsite, such as equipment, access, safety concerns

-Mentor and train junior surveyors

-Provide technical support to Project Managers and internal staff members

Requirements:

-Previous experience of Land surveying

-Knowledge of surveying equipment including Total Stations and GPS systems

-Experience of AutoCAD software

Laser Scanning and Measured Building experience is not essential but is a good to have as the client has a number of projects that would utilise these skills.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Package includes Company Van, Fuel Card, Laptop and Phone.
