Job Title: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Near Buckingham
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + car allowance and accommodation if staying away

Overview

A superb opportunity is available for a Senior Site Engineer to join a leading civil engineering consultancy on a major infrastructure project near Buckingham. Working on a prestigious long-term scheme, you will play a key role in supporting delivery across a wide range of heavy civils activities including earthworks, structures, highways and bridge-related works.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineering survey professional looking to step into a senior-level role on a major UK project with excellent longevity.

The Role

• Carry out setting out duties across the project
• Undertake GNSS and other engineering surveys
• Establish and maintain survey control
• Check setting out information and coordinates produced by others
• Support quality and technical accuracy across surveying activities

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card
• Strong background as a Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on UK heavy civils projects
• Proficient in the use of modern surveying instruments
• Reliable technical knowledge and a high standard of site delivery
