Senior Land Surveyor required to manage and co-ordinate the Land and Utility Surveying function for an established multi-disciplinary environmental consulting firm provide surveying services to support our clients in the property, civil engineering, renewable energy and industrial sectors in the UK.
As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will be working across a wide variety of environments and on number of complex surveys including Topographical and Measured Building and Utility Surveying (full training will be given on the Utility side).
This is a great opportunity to be in at the start of a growing Land and Utility Surveying Team. The business has won all the work and is looking for a candidate to grow a team and would expect the successful candidate to be running a team of 5 plus surveyors within 18 months.
The candidate can be located in the North West, Yorkshire or the Midlands. The role is national but most of the Surveying work is within these areas.
Duties:
-Undertake and complicated topographic, measured building and utility surveys
-Responsible for day-to-day management of projects and other surveyors
-Recruit coach, mentor and manage surveyors within the team
-Download and Post-Process all the surveyed data to confirm completeness and correctness
Requirements:
-Previous Surveying experience
-A full UK driving licence
