Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Nr Runcorn

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 (Depending on Level)

Job Title: Utility Surveyor

Location: Greater London/South East

Salary: £28,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Level)

Job Description:

As a Utilities Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of diverse and challenging projects in Rail, Roads, and infrastructure sectors mainly in the Greater London/South East.

This role would suit a candidate with 3+ years of Utility Surveying experience who is proficiency in GPR and Electromagnetic Locating techniques and an understanding of PAS128 Standards.

The client is happy with remote working, and they have offices in Central and North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct utilities and topographical surveying, including tasks such as manhole lifting and measurement observations
  • Utilise Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment for precise observations

Job Title: Land/Rail Surveyor

Location: Midlands Based

Salary: £26,000 - £42,000 (Depending on Level)

Job Description:

As a Land/Rail Surveyor you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects on Rail, Roads and other heavy infrastructure projects across the UK.

This role would suit a candidate who is bored of doing the same projects day in day out and would like to get involved in a variety of interesting sectors conducting a variety of different surveys.

You would process from home and not be micromanaged in this role.

Key Duties:

  • Undertake Land, railway and laser scanning surveys
  • Download and Post-Process all the surveyed data to confirm completeness and correctness
