Land surveying is at the heart of our recruitment work. From instrument operators taking their first role through to geomatics managers leading multi-disciplinary teams, we have built deep relationships across this sector through years of focused recruitment.
We work with surveying consultancies, principal contractors, utilities and public sector bodies. Whether you need someone who can go straight to site with a total station, or a project lead who can manage output, reporting and client relationships, we know who is available and where they want to go next.

Utility surveying is a sector we know well. We have placed detection engineers, utility surveyors, survey managers and CAD technicians with firms working to PAS128 standards, principal contractors and utility asset owners across the UK. We understand what separates a competent operative from a standout surveyor.
Demand for experienced utility surveyors consistently outpaces supply. That means candidates often come to us when they are ready to move, and clients come to us when they need someone quickly. We sit in the middle of that market and make it work for both sides.

Site engineering is one of the most consistently active parts of our business. Setting out engineers are always in demand, and candidates with the right instrument experience, software knowledge and proven site record move quickly. We make sure the right people hear about the right roles first.
We work with principal contractors, sub-contractors and specialist engineering firms on both long-term permanent appointments and short-notice contract placements. Whether you have a project starting, a site team under pressure or a key role to fill quickly, this is what we do.

Rail is a specialist environment, and we treat it that way. Compliance requirements are strict, the experienced candidate pool is limited, and clients cannot afford a poor fit. We have spent years building a network of rail-experienced surveyors and engineers who we know, understand and can brief properly.
We recruit across monitoring, topographical rail surveys, setting out and 3D laser scanning, supporting contractors and consultancies working on live infrastructure, possessions and major capital programmes. PTS-certified candidates are part of our day-to-day network.

Asbestos is a sector where qualifications matter and experience is easy to verify. Clients often know exactly what they need, and candidates understand their market value. Our job is to match the two accurately, quickly and professionally.
We work with UKAS-accredited laboratories, environmental consultancies, specialist contractors and facilities management companies. From site-based surveyors and analysts through to contracts managers, consultants and technical directors, we recruit across the full career progression.
